Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is confirmed.

During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 5–10 business days

  • International Orders: 7–20 business days (depending on destination)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Locations

MIH currently ships within the United States and to selected international destinations. Availability may change without prior notice.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. MIH is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the package.

Delays & Lost Packages

MIH is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs clearance, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If your package appears lost, please contact us and we will assist in opening an investigation with the carrier.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
